Shipping

  • Deliveries are done through our well experienced courier partner where we can ensure you would receive the products with the least hassle possible
  • Colombo 1 – 15 and immediate suburbs (3-4 Working Days), Greater than Colombo (4-5 Working days)
  • Processing times are not calculated into the delivery times.
  • Delivery charges will be applicable based on the location of delivery.
  • Please ensure that the delivery address is correct as we will not hold responsibility of the delivery of items to the incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Immediate deliveries can be accompanied via 3rd Party courier, 3rd Party courier charges will have be borne by the customer.
  • All orders are accounted for are photographed before dispatch to ensure NO fraudulent claims are entertained.
  • Any legitimate missing claims would be fulfilled as soon as possible.

 

Payments

  • Secured online payments via PayHere
  • Instalment based payment options via KOKO/MintPay
  • Cash on Delivery applicable only for Colombo 1-15 and immediate suburbs only.

 

Order Processing

  • Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days for all items that are in stock.
  • In the unlikely event that your order is out of stock our customer service representative will contact you.

 

Returns/Refunds and Exchanges (Supplements)

  • All returns, refunds and exchanges are accepted within 03 days of receiving the item.
  • Returns and Refunds will be carefully assessed before further actions are taken.
  • Items Returned should be with original factory condition seals/ tags or any other accessories attached.
  • Incase of a return/refund promotional items must be returned in original condition.
  • Change of mind is NOT accepted.
  • You would be notified of the reception of the returned items by us via email.
  • Items Purchased on Sale can only be refunded not exchanged.

Our merchandise is made with the highest quality materials and manufactured in state-of-the-art factories therefore we can ensure you would not be disappointed.

We highly recommend following our size chart carefully before choosing your size and making an order.

 

  • All returns and exchanges are accepted within 03 days of receiving the item.
  • Any merchandise sold will not be refunded.
  • Merchandise when returned should be original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.
  • Merchandise that is not in original condition, worn and with no tags will NOT be accepted.
  • If your merchandise does not fit you, you may initiate an exchange within 03 days of purchase.
  • Items Purchased on Sale can only be refunded not exchanged.
